cesm1_2_2_1 failed PEM test (pe counts mpi bit-for-bit test) on cheyenne

Hi CESM Sofeware Engineering Group, I was doing some load balancing for cesm1_2_2_1 on cheyenne and found out that the results were not bit-for-bit.So I did the PEM test as documented below. http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.2/cesm/doc/usersguide/x2731.htmlIt turns out that cesm1_2_2_1 failed the PEM test.Here are the results from the test: > cat  TestStatusFAIL  PEM.f19_g16.B1850C5CN.cheyenne_intel  > cat TestStatus.out | grep DifferenceDifference found beginning at 10101 1800 :

The pop model is not exactly bfb when run on different mpi processor counts and so we do not expect PEM to pass in a B1850 compset. http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.2/cesm/doc/usersguide/x2864.html
