In that case please try B1850 f09_g17 , I see now that this is close to what you already have - I was mislead by the case name which suggests something elsebut isn't really relevent. Check that your ulimit stack size is set to unlimited. I think that you also need to provide more tasks to the ocn, 20 isn't enough. But the error is in the atm, it looks to me that you are exceeding the maximum stack size.
I meet the same problem in CESM2.1.3 when I use CAM model, and my OMP_STACKSIZE sets to 256M. Do I need to modify the variable?
