change the geopotential height in the troposphere with the CESM120 using the B_2000 component

Hi SirI want to change the geopotential height in the troposphere with the CESM120 using the B_2000 component. Has anyone done a similar test?  I didn't find the file that can modify the geopotential  height accurately. Any suggestions are useful.Thanks a lot again
