change water vapor

I want to use the water vapor reanalysis data as a force to run waccm_sc.But I'm not sure if that's a good idea.If so, how should this be done?

This is not a capability that we have developed at NCAR. We don't have the resources to support such a project, but you could work on this independently if you feel capable of doing so.
