Changed fincl2; where's the data

Hi

I ran cam3 (as part of a CCSM3 f-run but I don't think that is relavent
for this problem) for 20 years. I found I need some daily data so
I changed fincl2 to include the new variables and re-ran the model
for 20 years. I see that my .h1. files do not contain the variables
I specified in my new fincl2. Is this normal? How do I get the daily
data I want?
