I am working on an ocean-only global MOM6 with a user-defined grid and topography generated by MOM6_bathy. Also, an idealized ridge is applied in an ocean-covered planet. Atmospheric forcing is CORE2_NYF. I have run this configuration in CESM successfully by setting the initial condition to be World Ocean Atlas 2018 (woa18_04_initial_conditions.nc). Now, I am trying to change the initial condition to a zonal symmetry potential temperature and salinity but I got errors after submit the case. It's likely related to regrid, I guess. The namelist and log files are attached.
The CESM version I currently use is cesm2_3_beta06-0-g072eee6.
