changing sea ice albedo in a particular region

Hello,Can any one provide me some guidance on changing the sea ice albedo in a particular region? I knew how to change the sea ice albedo from the previous post, but I am still not sure how to define a particular region of change, for example, southern hemisphere, without making any changes of the northern hemisphere sea ice.Thank you!Ran
