Changing the start date for a run_ FWmadSD

I am running WACCM with the FWmadSD compset and I know the default start date is 2005-01-01. I changed the start date by "./xmlchange RUN_STARTDATE = 2014-01-24". Also in user_nl_cam file I added : met_data_file = '2014/merra2_09x125_20140124.nc'
But it is not available. I am looking for this file.
Where can I find start files for 2014 and 2015?

I have put just restart directories for years 2006 to 2014 from an FWmadSD case here:

You are welcome! Since the restarts are for January 1, you should start your run on January 1, 2014 instead of January 24. This will make the initial conditions consistent with the winds. However, the nudging will constrain these quickly, so perhaps this is not important if you are not looking at the first few days of the run.
