chaning the surfdata (user_nl_clm ?)

To simulate the early Holocene (around 12K BP) climate, I imposed the remnant of the Laurentide ice sheet in surfdata 'surfdata_0.9x1.25_simyr1850_c110921.nc'. Specifically, I've changed PCT_GLACIER(lsmlat, lsmlon);  PCT_GLACIER:long_name = "percent glacier"
Then, is there a way to specify the modified surfdata in 'user_nl_clm' or in 'env_run.xml'? How can I set path of this updated surfdata in "user_nl_clm"?Thank you for helping!
