Clear-cut in CLM5

Hi All, I have been trying to do a clear-cut for an evergreen tropical PFT and then simulate the evergreen tropical PFT with the equilibirum value of soil carbon/nitrogen. I'm setting all of these variables for carbon and nitrogen in the restart file to zero: vars
