climate-chemistry-landuse interaction in CESM

Hi,
I am curious about where in the CESM model can we check how land use, climate, or anthropogenic and biomass-burning (BB) emissions of gases and aerosols are linked to air pollutants and other characteristics.
For instance, when I change my anthropogenic and BB emissions, how can they affect the leaf area index (LAI)? Emission of which gases/aerosol is playing an important role, is there any way I can check such information?
Similarly, how can the change in anthropogenic and BB emissions drive the meteorology (e.g., Temperature), when climate (Greenhouse gases + sea surface temp.) is fixed? How can I check which pollutant plays an important role here?

I can find some literature talking about different relations of emission-meteorology-climate and so on. But are they the same in the CESM I am using? Maybe I can cite those references as supporting information, but I think I can't use their explanation as same for me since settings could be completely different, even within the CESM model.

It would be best if I can find such information within my model settings, but where, I am unable to track it, and need help at this point.

I am using CESM2.1.3 with FMOZ compset (CLM5, CAM4-chem, BGC mode, MEGAN on). I found it quite challenging and hard to explain the Why and How questions.

Looking forward to the suggestions, if any.

Thanks lot.
