Climatological forcing fileds varies with time

Hi，    I am running an ocean-only run using cesm1.2.1, the compset is G-NORMAL-YEAR. Theoretically, the forcing fields in atm needed to force the ocn are climatological, thus the wind stress(TAUX, TAUY) in ocn output should be the same every year. However, the wind stress varies as the growth of the year.   I can't figure out why this happens, any suggestions must be appreciated !   Thanks!
