I'm trying to run CLM 3.0 (offline) for regional area. I have prepared the required .nc files but when I am running the model, it is showing error regarding area overlap. When I looked the code I found that it is spanning the output grid longitute from 0 to 360 and its adding -90 an 90 as my first and last latitude repectively. I want to run model only for my specified latitude and longitude range. Please help me to run the model.
