I tried to run clm 3.0 (offline) using the prepared data. But the execution stopped in between with error: compiling clm model
The following Makefile environment is used
ROOTDIR is /CLM/clm3
MODEL_EXEDIR is /CLM/RUN/clm3runmydata
SMP is FALSE
SPMD is FALSE
DEBUG is FALSE
INC_NETCDF is /usr/local/bin/libfiles/include
LIB_NETCDF is /usr/local/bin/libfiles/lib
USER_FC is pgf90
Linux machine name is anchorage
Compiled CLM model successfully
executing clm model
using input model data from /CLM/My_data/Narmada
Floating point exception (core dumped)
CLM run failed
