CLM 3.0 run stopped during execution

I tried to run clm 3.0 (offline) using the prepared data. But the execution stopped in between with error: compiling clm model
 The following Makefile environment is used

When I opened the log file, it is not showing any error but the execution stopped in between:t_setoption: option disabled: Usr Sys
