CLM 4.5 run at f02 resolution

Hello,        I am running CLM 4.5 globally at f02_f02 (0.23x0.31) resolution using CRUNCEP data on JURECA supercomupter in Germany. I am defining the surface file as "fsurdat=/homec/jicg41/jicg4165/CESM_HOME/input/CRU/lnd/clm2/surfdata_map/surfdata_0.23x0.31_simyr2000_c100406.nc"  in the user_nl_clm file. The model builds successfully. However, returns an error message shown below. Can someone suggest some solution? Am I using the correct input files? Opened existing file
