CLM causing crash in run with modified solar forcing

Hello,

I have modified some code in shr_orb_mod.f90 and some of CAM's physics/RRTM in zenith.f90 and radiation.f90 so that seasons last for more days. With my code I was running a simulation with the compset B_2000_CAM5 with a doubled seasonal period, and the model ran fine for almost 5 standard 365-day years before crashing. I'm attaching the cesm log from the crash. It appears that CLM is having trouble, but I'm not sure why what I've modified is affecting it. I have been running the same code for other orbital periods (a 1x control case and a more extreme 4x case) for longer integrations and they have not yet crashed. So, I'm confused about what is happening differently with the 2x case.

Thanks for any help.

Jake
