Clm3.0 radiation input data

Dear All,
I´m using clm3 with CPTEC AGCM global input data.
After create a program to convert all parameters, I´m in problems with FSDS. During the run I have "water imbalance error". By comparing with NCEP input data test I have realized that the behaviour between the FSDS obtained by CPTEC AGCM it´s different from NCEP FSDS.
Thank you for suggestions, help ...

From what you say, I gather that the run works when you use the NCEP data and doesn't work when you use the CPTEC AGCM data. If this is correct, then my suggestion is to use the NCEP data as a template for your CPTEC AGCM data. In other words try to make the CPTEC AGCM data look as much as possible like the NCEP data (other than the values themselves).

You may also find it useful to familiarize yourself with the code in the clm that reads the NCEP data. This way you will understand what the clm expects from the data.
