CLM4 model output data is not available from ESG

Dear all,

I have been tring to download CLM4 model output data (1948-2004, CLM4-SP, monthly average) that is linked from the CLM4 web page

http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.0/clm/clm_outputdata_esg.html

The link in this web page is directed to ESG. However, my data transfer request always fails with the following status:

Status: Error
Message: Failed to submit item to transfer system

It worked fine before - probably before the transition from MSS to HPSS.

If anybody knows how to get these data, please let me know.

I've checked into the inputdata repository all of the Qian datm forcing data. So now you don't have to get a copy from the Earthsystem grid you can use the check_input_data script the way you do any other CESM inputdata files. The 56Gbytes that this data totals used to be considered a large amount of data and we didn't have enough room for it on disk -- but now we do.
