CLM45. Stomatal conductance in standard units

Dear CLM community members, I am using CLM4.5 and wondering how to change the stomatal resistence output parameter (currently in s/m) to standard stomatal conductance values of umol/m^2/s. Does anyone know how this is done? Cheers, Conor
