Compatibility with newer GNU and Intel compilers

Describe your problem or question: I'm hoping this is a simple yes/no answer. Has anyone in the community complied CESM 2.1.z or v2.2.z with the following compilers GNU (13.2.0, 13.3.0, 14.2.0) or Intel( 2024.2.0, 2025.1.1) ?
Our HPC technicians are setting up a new system and these are much newer than the compilers on the old system which supported CESM.
It says in the following link compilers which CESM2 has been tested with are referred to as "newer Fortran compliers". The newest compilers listed their are older than we are planning to install or have available e.g. The newest listed are GNU 7.3.0 and Intel 19.03.
