Iam a first user in CESM,I dont know how to configure it,configuration command not found on my ubuntu when i invoke configure -case.I dont know why this happens? Please help me.

What cesm version are you using?   Did you start with create_newcase?  Have you read the users guide?

CESM4, we starts with new case,but ./configure -case shows no such file or directory, I dont know why this happens? please help me?

You mean CESM 1 or CCSM 4? There is no CESM 4 (yet).

When I invoke configure -case ,it shows configuration for bluefire is done.but an error occures.Generating clean_build script Generating build script Generating run script env: /home/madhuv/ccsm4_working_copy/scripts/ccsm_utils/Machines/mkbatch.bluefire: No such file or directoryenv: /home/madhuv/ccsm4_working_copy/scripts/ccsm_utils/Machines/mkbatch.bluefire: No such file or directoryenv: /home/madhuv/ccsm4_working_copy/scripts/ccsm_utils/Machines/mkbatch.bluefire: No such file or directoryconfigure error: configure generate_batch error.please help me?

It appears that you are using a very old version of the model.   You should start from the latest public version which you can download here.   Then you may need to update the machine specific info, you can get a new env_mach_specific.bluewaters here.
