Confused about the total sensible heat flux in CLM

The technical description of CLM4.5 says that the sensible and latent heat fluxes for No-vegetated surface are divided into three parts-bare soil, wetlands and glaciers, take the computation of sensible heat as an example, Hg=fsno*Hsnow + h2osur*Hh2osur, where (1-fsno-fh2osfc), fsno and fh2osur are the exposed, snow covered, and water covered fractions of the grid cell. But in the BareGroundFluxesMod.F90,eflx_sh_grnd(p)  = -raih*dth(p) andthe sensible heat flux from ground and eflx_sh_tot is the total sensible heat flux, at the same time, the Hsoil, Hsnow and Hwater are also computed individually, my question is why the total sensible heat flux is not computed from Hsoil, Hsnow and Hwater in the program? And I have checked other programs, nowhere the Hsoil, Hsnow and Hwater appears in the eflx_sh_tot. I don’t know why.
Thanks
