Conservation & findsp errors

I am trying to run CAM stand-alone but getting a lot of errors beginning with:

"significant conservations error ...."

and with:

"findsp not converging ...."

What do these mean, and what do I need to do to fix them?

FYI for anyone who might be having the same problem. I ran with a different SST file, and it worked just fine. Not sure what findsp (which calculates wet bulb temp) has to do with it, but that's what worked for me...
