Continue a F_1850-PDAY_CAM5 run using F_AMIP_CAM5 restart files?

Hi everyone,Since the F_AMIP_CAM5 component only runs up to 2005, I wanna use F_1850-PDAY_CAM5 to continue my F_AMIP_CAM5 run after 2005, but I wonder if there is any difference between the 2 components?I tried to create a new F_1850-PDAY_CAM5 case, copied the restart files created from my previous F_AMIP_CAM5 case to the run directory of F_1850-PDAY_CAM5, modified variables in env_run.xml, and submitted the job. But it didn't seem to work correctly.So is it possible to continue a F_1850-PDAY_CAM5 run using FAMIPC5 restart files at all? If it is, do I have to modify anything before I can continue the run? If it not, how do I continue a CAM5 run after 2005?I'd appreciate it if you have anything to share.Thanks,Qiu

Hi,I continued the run after 2005 using a F_1850-PDAY_CAM5 component successfully. What you need to do is to continue with hybrid run type and use your FAMIPC5 restart files.But different run compoinents may use different initial files, which may cause inconsistency.Qiu
