Dear allI need to convert my soil moisture fields from a lat-lon grid to a one-dimension column field (NetCDF dimensions: time,level,column). I know that you can do this by setting the flag hist_dov2xy = .false. and then rerun my simulations. However, I was hoping someone out there has post processing script that I could use to convert the data rather than rerunning my entire simulation.I'm going to feed this converted output data into CLM to prescribe the soil moisture fields for a land-atmosphere feedback experiment. Thanks for your help!Micah
