converting the restart file of MOM3 to POP

Dear,
I have a restart file of MOM3 developed by GFDL, and attempt to convert
it to POP ocean restart in CCSM3.01. Are there anyone who have the
script or code for it? It is very appreciated if you can give them.

I was just searching for the restart file for MOM3, when I read your message. I have not been able to find the restart file for a long time. Can u please help me in getting the restart files for MOM3. Where can I get the restart files from? If possible can u mail the link from where I can get the restart file?
