Cori inputdata dir permission

Hi there,

I'm running CTSM on cori and encountered inputdata directory permission when run the built model. The folder I have to download data into is
"/project/projectdirs/ccsm1/inputdata", also attached the error message here for reference.
I fixed the GSWP3 forcing data error by drectly downloading them to another dir which I have the write permission to, but still have the param input data issue.
