couldn't restart

Now, I use CCSM3 on the SGI Altix3700. When I give CAM 4 cpu, I could'nt restart normal. It can restart, but when it wirte history file it couldn't write normal. The cause is the variable,QREFHT,appear INFINITY. I have test the variable qrefht every step, and it is fine. When I give CAM other number's CPU, eg. 2,8,it can work well.
