Coupling MOSART to CLM 5.0

Hi everyone,I am setting up the CLM5 (offline mode) for the western half of the US (wUSA) with spatial resolution of 1 arc-minute (~ 2km). I generated the SCRIP grid files, mapping files, domain, and surface file for the resolution and domain of my study. I am also trying to couple the MOSART river scheme. I have two questions regarding coupling the MOSART which I greatly appreciate your response. 1.       Is there any tool in CLM that I can use to generate the MOSART input file for different domain and resolution than available grids?2.       If there is not such a tool, In order to leverage the current MOSART input data and avoid the troubles of downscaling, I decided to set the rtm grid as the finest resolution I found for the MOSART input in /glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/rof/mosart which is “MOSART_Global_8th_20160716a.nc” with global domain and 1/8th degree resolution. I subset the global MOSART data for wUSA. I manually modified the "ID" and "dnID" variables for the subset file. I generated the domain files and mapping files (to/from land) for this domain (wUSA) and resolution ( 1/8th d) and set the "LND2ROF_FMAPNAME" and "ROF2LND_FMAPNAME" entries accordingly in env_run.xml. I have to note that I only created the mapping files between land and rtm for which I'm not confident about the mapping files (because of the failed tests while running ESMF Regrid Weight Check tool). Then I ran the model for a test run but got the below error for large number of grids:           (Rtmini)  ERROR glo2gdc dnID_global        31954       13056     2794297           0           ERROR: (Rtmini)  ERROT glo2gdc dnID_global The error says rglo2gdc(dnID_global(n)) becomes zero in RtmMod.F90 file. It seems some cells are unused (pocn = -99) and then, rglo2gdc becomes zero. I am wondering if my approach is correct so far. I have no idea where to look for the problem. I attached the env_run.xml, env_build.xml, user_nl_mosart, user_nl_clm, and the CESM log to this email. These files are for a case I ran on our local machine.
Below are the failed tests while running ESMF Regrid Weight Check tool for testing the mapping files:==========================================1: map_lnd_1x1min_westUSA_TO_rtm_0.1x0.1_westUSA_aave.180716.nc FAILED: max(frac_b) =    2.0000000000203917 FAILED: L1 error =    6.5789452465717397E-003  in test            1 FAILED: L2 error =   0.80094257883348885       in test            1 FAILED: L1 error =    9.0143781729301615E-003  in test            2 FAILED: L2 error =   0.87198457766767568       in test            2 FAILED: L2 error =    1.2046080377810588       in test            3 FAILED: L2 error =    1.0715484007468437       in test            4 FAILED: L2 error =   0.83134366160902406       in test            5           8  of           21  tests failed.  I greatly appreciate your help and time.

Hello, landlordI have the similar question with you.Did you solve the problems? Are there other data except for the "MOSART_routing_Global_0.5x0.5_c170601.nc" needed When using CLM5.0 and MOSART at region or watershed scales?thanks
