Crash MVAPICH Intel 64bit

I am trying to run CAM on a machine which has Intel EM64T processors and uses MVAPICH for MPI. I have successfully compiled and run CAM in serial on this machine, and have successfully compiled it for parallel runs, however when I run the 1day test simulation the model crashes at the end with the error:

Successfully wrote local restart pointer file

[0:compute-13-9.local] Abort: [0] Got FATAL event IBV_EVENT_QP_LAST_WQE_REACHED, code=16 at line 2551 in file viacheck.c

I have not been able to find information about this error through searches, and was hoping someone might know of a solution.

I have fixed the problem, it was an issue with compiler options.
