Hi,

I'm wondering does CLM supports cycling simulation. I want to build a data assimilation framework for CLM, it needs to be run at least 50 times of the 2022 simulation. Can I submit a case starting from 1950 to 2000, but only use the 2022 met and land cover dataset? Besides the met and land cover dataset, any other things I should pay attention to make sure I can repeat the 2022 conditions for this 50-year-long simulation?

Best,

The datm supports cycling over one particular year of forcing. For other things, any stream or dataset that is year dependent (see the lnd_in file) will have to be addressed. You can setup an I2000 case to see how this is done for "present day". I assume you have your own datasets for 2022 as we don't have datasets for that year.
