Hi there,
I had a question about the defineqflux step when preparing the QFLUX variable when running CAM with SOM. When you are prompted to to the following:
./defineqflux -f firstfile_fromcontrolrun -l lastfile_fromcontrolrun -s sst.nc -v
do the first and last file have to start and end on jan and dec respectively? I had a control run starting on, camrun.h0.0000-09.nc and ending on camrun.h0.0001-08.nc. Is this a problem? Also should the control run be a single year of a control run or multiple years?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
