Detailed guide for lnd_diag for creating non-standard variable lists from daily history lnd output files

Is there any possibility of getting detailed guide fo lnd_diag version 4.2 for creating non-standard variables for sets 1,2, and 5 from non standard daily history land output files?  There is short instruction for modifying variable lists from $INPUT_HOME/inputFiles in section 3 of user guide of lnd_diag but I also want to run lnd_diag in daily history files in addition to monthly history files.Thank you

The diagnostics package is designed around monthly average history files, there is no provision for processing daily history files.  One possibility is to extract the ncl scripts for these sets and adapt them to daily history files (I've haven't tried this personally).Keith
