did not get the correct checkout, ./manage_externals/checkout_externals for ctsm1.

Hi, all,
I install ctsm1.0.dev040,
git clone -b ctsm1.0.dev040 GitHub - ESCOMP/CTSM: Community Terrestrial Systems Model (includes the Community Land Model of CESM) ctsm1
but when i
./manage_externals/checkout_externals
Processing externals description file : Externals.cfg
Processing externals description file : Externals_CLM.cfg
Checking status of externals: clm, fates, dictionary keys changed during iteration

It seems the checkout is not finished, but did not report any error, in you ctsm1 folder,
there is no cime and components folder, so it means it has some problem..
Do you have any idea of how to fix it.

I suspect that the issue is that that version of ctsm is no longer supported. The most recent tag in that series seems to be
ctsm1.0.dev113. have you tried it?
