Difference between "rtm" and "mosart" output?

Is there a reason the postprocessing to timeseries from history output creates both "rtm" and "mosart" output streams from just "mosart" output?

Thanks, Keith. Would it be safe to assume that if there's mosart output, any rtm output is redundant and can be removed?
