Hello, I had to use a more updated version of CTSM (ctsm5.1.dv159) to transfer to Derecho. After I run for one year, I found that the simulated stomatal conductance (gs) is somehow much smaller than I previously got in Cheyenne under an older version of CTSM (ctsm5.1.dv098).
I revised some part of the code but none of them relates to the calculation of gs. I did used gs to calculate some other variables so this difference seems quite large and is important to me. I noticed that though gs changed, the simulated FPSN and GPP did not change by large. So my guess is: probably during low light conditions, the gs in new versions is much smaller or even set as the intercept (g0) (when an <0) while in the older version this doesn't happen.
Any clue for this difference?
