I need to use a 1x1 CAM5 that is forced by higher resolution SST data. So far, I have tried using 0.25x0.25 SST data, and the model compiled and seemed to start off fine, but then abruptly ended without an error. Are there any namelist variables that need to be changed in the coupler subroutines to conduct this type of simulation?
