Different outputs from running the cesm model

Hi all;
I ran the model once with FWsc2000climo compset for 2005 and again for 2000-2010 with restart enabled. I checked the output of the model with ncview. The value range of both run is different from each other. The first run is between 311-234 and the second run is 310-226. Where is the problem?
