different results using function moc_globe_atl and online MOC caculation

Dear,
I am a learner using CESM1.0.4. We plan to use ncl function moc_globe_atl to calculate Atlantic meridional overturning circulation, so we use official data to test this function. But the results are not satisfied by comparing data. The globe meridional overturning circulation is nearly the same, while the AMOC has exited a little bias. The biases of one experiment are in attachment. I don't know why.

Thanks.
