I am trying to run escomp/cesm-neon-lab in docker but it always fails after submit_jobs case.run. I am using the NEON_Simulation jupyter notebook and after I issue the command "run_neon --neon-sites $site --output-root ~/CLM-NEON" the execution proceeds but returns an error as shown with the attached screenshots. It does note even return the log files as the error message suggests.
Any help on how to go about this will be highly appreciated.
