Does anyone know how to create single-albedo terrain of any arbitrary albedo value?

So I know how to make glacial tiles, and I also know how to set pft values and soil color values.

The thing with them all, though, is that none of them have any constant albedo value. So does anyone know how it's possible for me to create a Pangaea-land of constant albedo?
