Doing sensitivity simulations using CESM

Hi, I have been using CESM to carry on some simulations, but don't know how to do a sensitivity simulation now.I'm using the CESM1.2, compset of FMOZ, resolution is f19_f19. I am using Carbon-Nitrogen BGC, and also turned on MEGAN.The thing is we think changes in relative humidity is causing the change in something else. In order to test this, we want to run a simulatin with fixed relative humidity but other variables still actively calculated. So, I want to ask if I can do some simulation like this, run a control simulation for a year or two, keep daily or hourly data of RH, and then run a simulation reading in the RH data that I have from the previous run? Thanks a lot ;)-Mehliyar
