Emission surface data necessary

Hello everyone!I am currently working with CAM5_MAM7 and I am trying to build my own emission files for different species.
Particularly now I am working with NH3 emissions, for NH3 I have anthropogenic emissions and biomass burning.
But I have seen that in the repository file in addition to these two emissions, the file also present emsiones of ocean, natural soil and biofuel.
How is it that CESM or CAM distinguishes between these "types" of emissions, do I need to build a file with the same emissions that the repository file presents? or it could just be  with anthro and biomass burning.
I hope the question is understood and that someone can give me help, as this doubt always arises.
Cheers!
Adriana
