environment issue with CESM diagnostics packages- ATMDIAG_paleo=True

I'm using CESM diagnostics packages to compare two model simulations for the Miocene. I'd like to have the plots showing the paleo-coastlines, and I set ATMDIAG_paleo=True. However, I got an error "execve() arg 3 contains a non-string value" when running "atm_diagnostics". When ATMDIAG_paleo is False, "atm_diagnostics" runs well.
Could I ask for your help? The attached is the log file.
