Hi,I am runnig b1850w using CESM1.2.2, but I want to konw how long should I run bofore the case reaches to a qequilibrium sate?

The atmosphere model should be balanced with the ocean if you are using the default initial conditions. You will need to verify this by examinining the radiative balance over a period of 10-20 years. You can plot the annual average value of FSNT-FLNT, which will have significant variability from one year to the next. But the long-term average should be close to zero.
