Hello,
I have built the cesm executable in a linux machine with mpi library set as 'mpi-serial'.
When I submit my test case with the default settings I get the following error:
check_case OK
USERDEFINED_optional_run: Command not found.
ERROR: cesm_submit problem sourcing templar
Is this because I have not defined $BATCHSUBMIT in env_run.xml?, what should this be for a serial run?
What I eventually want to do is to run CLM with prescribed meteorological forcing at a single point. Is there an example test case to try?
Thank you very much,
Andrea
