ERROR during porting the CESM2.2

When I porting the CESM2.2.0, there are some mistakes. Firstly, I define the machine by modifying the file of "config_machines.xml", the compliers by modifying the file of "config_compliers.xml". Then I creat the case of FHIST. It is normal when I build the FHIST, but when I try to build the BHIST, the results show some mistakes. It is say that

"cesm2.2.0/components/cice/src/drivers/mct/ice_comp_mct.F90(570): error #6404: This name does not have a type, and must have an explicit type. [TIMER_CPLRECV]" and "cesm2.2.0/components/cice/src/drivers/mct/ice_comp_mct.F90(592): error #6404: This name does not have a type, and must have an explicit type. [TIMER_CPLSEND]".

I have never ever modify the source code. Here, I am sincerely asking for help. What can I do to fix the errors.
