Error in ./case.submit

I have been running the model for approximately 16 years (CESM 2.2.2, FWma2000climo), and it suddenly stopped with the error shown below. I’m not sure what might be causing this. I tried clearing additional space in scratch, but that does not appear to be the issue.

Submitting job script qsub -q main -l walltime=01:10:00 -A umic0109 -l job_priority=economy -v ARGS_FOR_SCRIPT='--resubmit' .case.run

Update: I checked again, and a temporary file appeared in my scratch directory. I’m able to run the model now!
