Error in CLM4.5 Interpinic gmake

Hi everyone,     Currently, I want to interpolate my finidat in order to get my irrigation model run. I followed the instruction in http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.2/clm/models/lnd/clm/doc/UsersGuide/x11704.html and finished the first step (get a template file for interpinic to interpolate to). However, I got the following error when I proceed to the second step. I am not sure how to deal with it and any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.Jacky s1155033628@aves:~/CESM/cesm1_2_2/models/lnd/clm/tools/clm4_5/interpinic/src> gmake OPT=TRUE SMP=TRUEgmake: Hi Jacky When you build, you need to point to the location of the NetCDF library on your system using the environment variables INC_NETCDF and LIB_NETCDF. See more information on the environment variables needed for the build of the tools here... http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.2/clm/models/lnd/clm/doc/UsersGuide/c11242.html#tool_build
